I bought an A3 at East rand in October 2017. Six months later the battery needs a recharge and I am told I have to book for service which will be the following week. Audi Bruma took my car same day I called and they recharged the damn thing overnight. You guys just love bookings. There should be something you can do for unforeseen circumstances.

We sent the car in for a service on the 24/07/2017. Upon fetching it, the rear view mirror was broken (this was perfectly fine when the car was brought in).

My partner went to take this up with the manager but instead of taking responsibility in resolving this; management told him they will NOT fix it - without thoroughly investigating the issue, insinuating that he is lying (a lie they conveniently could not pick up with all the other dents and faults the picked up in the pre-service checks). The staff was very defensive about the matter when the car was picked up.
It is very disappointing to see such a large dealership operating with dishonesty and disrespect for customer's property.

The " One Star" is far above the rating I would give.

Horrible. Do not get your hopes up when buying a used car they do not work on a first come first serve basis they ignore you and your calls and they always have excuses and sell the car to the person they can make the most money out of and when you ask to speak to the sales manager they never call you back.

You whould expect better service from a Audi Dealership

We received very bad service from this dealership from the start of the purchase to taking the car in for its first service after the purchase. I will never again buy a vehicle from them nor would I recommend them to anyone. I hope that in future the sharpen up their service.
