March 2018. The service is gone down. Takes to long to service. They say 12min but u will get it by 25min. That the workers attitude.
They need to get new staff and replace staff.
That's why South Afica service is going Down.

One of my favourite Nandos outlets. Conveniently located and pretty quick service from friendly spirited staff. The manager is seen to be involved and it makes a difference.

Nando's chicken is incredible! And this particular one is our favorite. Friendly service, freshly made every time! Recently, they made a mistake in our to-go order and when we returned to complain they were so kind, fixed the order and gave us fresh hot chips. Awesome service!!
