Pathetic! when you do get through, then you ask for a specific part. they take 10 min to look it up. then tell you they don't have stock. at the same time you walk into front door and buy it at the counter! its as if the people answering the phones, don't want to help. I am going to put this up at Hello Peter!. it is pathetic!

3 days ago I called Defy Jhb looking for information on a spare part , a promise of a call back never materialised. Today I phone Defy Pta spoke to Sandra, most helpful immediately could provided the details and a call back to confirm part availability .Well done .
