The food is not nice and ridiculously expensive, i would not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. the staff is so unprofessional. one waiter told us that they do not serve soft drinks but only wines since the restaurant is visited by mostly white people and celebrities i was disturbed by the comment. i asked if it's so does it mean pregnant women, kids and people who dnt drink alcohol are not allowed in the restaurant and he gave me the same answer that the place is visited by celebrities and white people. i would not recommend anyone to visit the auriels restaurant.

An overall shocking and unpleasant experience. Food was stale and very unappealing. How can tea and coffee not be included in the high tea cost per person? Staff were nowhere to be seen and if they were around were uninterested in attending to patrons. Definitely not value for money at all and not a high tea I will recommend to anyone. This disaster took place on 13th May 2017 at Aurelias Restaurant. A reputable institution such as Emperors Palace should not allow such a pathetic establishment to be on their premises.

Shocking service, extremely disappointed after all of the good reviews I read. The food was ok but the poor service ruined the experience completely for us. Really regret taking my wife here for our anniversary.
