Month of JANUARY 2016. I Ordered a pizza at 19:30PM one time, I called at 20:30PM to enquirer about my order, they even forgot what pizza I've ordered and all my details. I was told my order will arrive in 30 minutes. I called back at 21:15PM and it seemed everyone was confused as to what order I placed. All I wanted was my pizza I ordered, I was never rude on the phone but because they could not handle my order, they put the manager on the phone even though I never asked for the manager. The manager promised to deliver the pizza for free AND GUESS WHAT! "THE PIZZA" arrived at 22:20PM, what's worse it was not the order I asked for. They put together different pieces of old cold pizza's together, I already lost my appetite by then. They deserve a 1 star rating from me.
FRIDAY 10TH FEBRUARY 2016. I tried ordering a triple decker pizza at exactly 19:00PM and I was told it would arrive in one hour, I asked the lady twice about the ETA to make sure and she confirmed. She asked me for my contact number and I gave her the LANDLINE NUMBER I'm using to call, which belongs to the shop I work at and told her that I'm situated in the passage and told her it's not the first they delivered to me. At exactly 20:20PM I called to enquirer about my order, the lady then transferred me to the manager and he told me the driver was there and found the bottle store closed and that the driver called and the phone went to voicemail. "MY LANDLINE WENT TO VOICEMAIL?" I told him First of all I never mentioned any bottle store in my order because I don't work at a bottle store. He then started to stutter and I dropped the phone. To prove they were lying, they started calling the landline/shop I work at. I never answered till 20 minutes later when I locked up the shop on my way to my car a driver arrived with the pizza, I told him I don't want it and it's probably cold. LOST MY APPETITE. Never will I order from DEBONAIRS NORTHMEAD. DEBONAIRS LAKEFIELD'S food were always consistently the best to order from since I've known of it 2 years ago till now.response / report this review -

I ordered a four seasons with crammed crust and got under cooked pizza, the dough beneath the crust was still raw..
