First impressions last!!
The restaurant looks amazing inside and out. Waiter was very friendly.
But that's where the positive experience ends.
Restrooms are dirty. No hand soap or paper towels.
Coffee was so weak and cold it looked like tea..
Breakfast was undercooked. Eggs were cold.
Manager walks straight past table but never enquired about our meal. So all and all..won't bother againresponse / report this review -

We are regular customers to this spur and for the 1st time EVER we received the best service. We were helped by Sifiso and he was friendly and we didn't even wait long to get our food. Thank you Sifiso and team from great service

Most disappointed burger I had in years even the 2nd attemed to rectify it was disasterious. Words alone wont describe how bad it was.I will have to use 3 or 4 different comparisons joint together to give a vague idee of how bad it was.Will go back for the latte we had when thirsty but never to eat again

One waiter serving way too many tables.. Staff eating on the floor. Worst experience at any spur. Couldn't even get to order the main course..

Great Steak and Service - Prefer the warm globes that they are currently using it gives a warmer atmosphere - the white globes really made the place look cold

Amigo Spur (Vaal mall) can go and learn from Spur in Mall of Africa. Better service received and their hot veggies tastes better.
