Very relaxed, clean & friendly environment, with activities that people of all ages can enjoy! Not too expensive as well, good budget packages offered too! Will definitely be back there again!

The changing cubicle at the spa is too small. The treatment rooms are spacious though and open up to view nature. You can even spot a deer or two. Wish there was some relaxing scent in the room. Overall experience was good.

Nice for relaxation. 2 issues i had was 1 there is absolutely nothing halaal to eat so clearly they do not cater for all cultures and secondly the chalets are too far from where all the action is. Other than that the place was good.

I really enjoyed the place last year. It was really a good weekend away. As for this year, i cant seem to get hold of reservations or any other person. I have emailed and called so many times.

Not as big as emperors casino but has good variety of slot machines and tables. Not cramped either and you feel more of a personal experience as not overwhelming atmosphere. For the fun gambler is perfect for a night of entertainment. Works on a card system so safe and fun.

Excellent hotel and resort, things to do for the kids small zoo, under roof swimming pool, putt putt, wall climbing, tenpin bowling for the adults the casino of course, game drives, messages etc. definitely a place worth visiting.

This is what you call a 'cocktail' apparently its half? Barely drinkable waited 20 min for this disappointment and im not even going to mention the avo wrap without avo. Definitely not returning and I'll advise my friends and family members not to even bother

It is a nice place that accommodate everyone. It has entertainment for both adults and kids. The hotels are nice and tidy. The offer good services for everyone.

As a tourist destination I was very disappointed when I was confronted by a security officer. I was told I may not take any photos. The Emerald resort was freshly repainted and I thought to add to google maps the 2 two beautiful statues. They now appear so colourful and would be a great addition to the Emerald's presence on the map. So sorry that a Google Local Guide is unwelcome to take photos of a statue outside where it is not a security risk to the actual casino at all. I have spent money on a meal for two jist before this confrontation and now feel I should nit support the Emerald Resort again and unfortunatel all I can do is to warn tourists not to try take any photos to capture your memories there. The can confiscate your phone or camera.

Don't get me wrong, the place has the potential to be so much better, but the lack of maintenance coupled with poor management has sent this place down a bad road. the roads inside are plagued with potholes and the animal park only has two of each animal, that's sad. the resort we stayed in was rather nice but the bathtub was not so inviting. but apart from that the rest of the place was really nice but there's so much potential for this place to be great.

The Casino and Resort is in good condition, I enjoyed all it has to offer but felt somethings were lacking. The wildlife is not in abundance and the resort is smaller than I expected. Still, worthwhile to check out

Great entertainment all seasons, indoor swimming pools and play area. Games for kids, game drives & zoo as well. Relaxing time for family's. Great accommodation chalets (self catering) as well as hotel accommodation
