Creation Wines are situated in the beautiful Hemel en Aarde Vallei and not to be missed if you are in the area. They have a great kitchen and restuarant on ground level and one of the best tasting rooms in the area. The service is really good and the wine tasting servers are very knowledgeable and aim to provide you with a different experience. Creation are more known for their Chardonnay and will boast about their way or the right way for tasting it.

Ask for "the story" it is a delicious meal. We had a 7-course wine pairing lunch. Incredible wines with a top class variety of foods. Even though it was very busy, the host managed to come to our table and explain "the story" behind every dish and how it evolved since the beginning of the winery.

This lovely winery is offering great food and wine. As me and my boyfriend are vegan, we informed the restaurant in advance and they promised to create something for us. What we got in the end was an amazing and very creative three course menu, which we both enjoyed a lot. The restaurant and the outdoor sitting area are both beautiful, the views breathtaking.

To the far end of the Hemel & Aarde wine valley, you will find this beautiful wine tasting room with a dam right in front of it.

My wife and I phoned to make a booking but we're informed that they do not take bookings, they operate on a first come first serve basis. When we arrived we were asked if we made a booking and were turned away as there was no availability 😤.

We were visiting from the States and the staff went out of their way to create a tasting for us outside. We loved the wine pairing. Bought wine and T-shirts to remind us of our wonderful afternoon on the lawn at Creation.
