The ride was quite fun but after 3 times it gets a bit repetitive. Better suited for young kids or a family day out. There is food and refreshments available. The ride is safe and the speed of the ride is controlled by you. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Cool Runnings is awesome to go with a few friends or family and have a good time on the Toboggan Run, it tends to get quite busy but it worth the wait.

The Tuck Shop isn’t that friendly I must admit, they tend to “close” the kitchen prior to the place closing and we’re a bit sarcastic when I asked if what size chips they sold. So go for the fun but I won’t recommend having food there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Well maintained gardens; beautifully designed.

Fast service. Variety of drinks. Food was average, but you don't go here to eat so won't penalise on the stars for that - you go here for the rides!

The rides are awesome. You choose your speed. Staff very well trained - felt like a safety feature on an airline. And did I say the staff is also friendly? You don't get that often.

Highly recommended for the whole family!

It was a fun day out with the family. Food was good, but quite costly, for my R70 burger I expected to at least get chips but just got the burger. Management of the rides could be improved as there was too close a gap between riders which resulted in collisions and your ride experience been slow due to slower people in front of you. If this could be better managed, the riders experience will improve. Sacrificing customer experience and safety just to get the queue moving faster did not work for me.

A well organized and well run spot. Lots of staff on hand who were friendly efficient and helpful. Various pricing options for rides available with the all day pass being the most reasonable one. There is a bar and a big shaded seating area around it. On the lower level is a take out kiosk with burgers chips and hot dogs as well as other snacks drinks and sweets. The toboggan run is long although one flies down it fast so it goes quickly. The grounds are nicely maintained with lots of trees that have been planted so in the years to come it will become nicer and nicer. Highly recommended for people of just about all ages.

Awesome venue for a family outing. Cold beer and food available. The toboggan ride is awesome. If you enjoy it as much as I did, be sure to invest in a all day pass for best value.

What an absolute adrenaline rush!
An exhilarating time had by young and old alike - we organised our daughter's birthday celebration together with 22 of her school friends and every single one ( including the parents whom came along) a blast!

From the moment we started organising the day with Janet everything went like clockwork: from all tables being ready on our arrival to the 16 pizzas we ordered arriving exactly on time and as requested.
Thank you very much as well to the owner - Frank - for making the day extra special for my daughter!

We recommend this venue and this experience very highly!

Lots of fun and very family orientated. However, the only attraction is the tobogganing. There is nothing else save this. Would be nice to have a more things to do as the novelty of the ride wears off in an hour or two. Staff should also be a tad friendlier especially to first timers or adults riding with kids. Main concern: only three things to do here.. eat, tobogganing and sitting. Place is clean and well maintained, and decently priced.

A really fun experience for the entire family
You can go as fast or slow as you'd like. Riders have to be 135cm tall to ride solo which seemed like a smart way to keep things safe as well. Free WiFi and parking.

A great experience! Something great to do with the family. At first I was scared but when I stopped pulling the brakes up, I really enjoyed. Long as you hold on tight you wont fall haha.

Probably one of my favorite things to do during the holidays. They keep the place clean and staff are generally friendly. However there are a few things that I don't like. Many times you'll get stuck behind a beginner who is going down the track super slowly. Otherwise it's great fun for the whole family

We were lucky enough to go during the week and as such was very quiet. I can imagine that during the weekends and bank holidays this place gets very busy and perhaps if we went then the overall rating might drop. They were kind enough to allow us a family set of tokens even though the youngest member of the family was 36The ride itself was quick and exillirating as you would expect. Amenities and options for non riders are wide and accommodating.

Good organization / flow on ride. Will definitely visit again.

A fun day out for young and old. The toboggans are easy to control and clear instructions are given for new riders. The flume can radiate quite a lot of heat on hot days, and you can spend quite a lot of time in the sun when being pulled up to the top of the track so plan accordingly. A must-do experience for fun lovers.

Very fun experience I really recommend not using the brake at all, maybe at turns and when you are told to stop. The tuck shop served food better than a local McDonald's and prices where not too high In all a very fun experience. Defiantly recommend it, but plan for a whole day. One ride does not get your adrenaline high enough.
