Absolutely amazing! By far the best I massage that you will find in and around Durban. Such professional service and very soothing / relaxing surroundings and atmosphere. amazingly tranquil comfortable and worth every cent.. great spa treatments The services are attention to detail. The cleanliness and neatness stands out you will have an amazing experience very comfortable safe and relaxed atmosphere..staff amazing , Will definitely be back for another massage very soon

Beautiful, neat and clean. Nice and fresh food. welcoming and friendly staff including a maintenance man who I saw fixing a garden pipe. Good workshop facilities. Wow world class. I will recommend your hospitality wherever I go guys.

Didn't like when I was refused to have my supper in my room and had no option but to use the dining room with the buffet there. Every other place you are allowed to have it in your room if you so wish . The safe in the room does not work

The hotel is on a very shady looking neighbourhood. It is clean and the room looked like in the pictures. The service was not that great. They did not give us a sticker to park underground because they forgot. Room service food ordered from the menu was great apart from the waiter forgetting to bring our salads. Food at restaurant is very affordable. The maids did not give us Toiler paper the second night. Like we had no loo paper. If you book at this hotel please do not book breakfast. It had the most horrible breakfast buffet I have ever tasted. The 2nd day I only ate fruit. Its a very affordable place to stay in but for a 4 star I expected better.

Great hotel close to the city with awesome views. The rooms are really cosy and I think the decor is unique to each room. I like the brunch. Staff are friendly. Parking is available.

Excellent in all aspects: Food, ambiance and location. The service provided by the waiters and waitresses however, is sometimes lacking. 8 out of 10 times, we are made to wait for ages with no service.
