The apartment provided was very dirty. The tiles in bathroom and lounge was severely cracked.
The cutlery was all miss matched and there was zero bread knives/steak knives.
Plates were all odd pieces and most glasses chipped.
All the fridge shelves broken out so not usable.
Couch and barstool broken.

Warm friendly welcome from Host Ingrid! Comfortable stay, really went out of her way! Aircon rooms, dstv for kiddies and Wi-Fi! Breakfast served with a smile! Thank you for your hospitality Ingrid!

The owner is so rude. She cancelled my reservations midweek, just because I was nice to the staff, who she treats like dogs. The staff was so nice to my Nanny while I was at work when my child fell sick. The staff is 100% but the owner on the other side 0%. That woman is so vile.

Very bad dirty with cockroaches, breakfast served with off milk. Owner unfriendly. We booked a 2 bed we hogtie what you see on the pics. Dirty sheets.. worse we got a back room.. only the patrons are friendly. She is not meant to be in the hospitality industry.

Really nice place to stay on Zenith Drive. Quite noisy at night with all the activity. Also bring your own knives. We had to use butter knives to cut everything. They have DSTV but not a lot of channels. The ones I discovered that worked were the AfricaMagic, Cartoon Network, Nat Geo, MTV, SABC 1,2&3, ETV, Sky, Sony and maybe a few others. There's WiFi which is awesome and the cleaning service is really good. Good security in the garage and flat.

Very dissapointing, pictures posted on the website is very decieving.
I had booked this accomodation for my mother inlaw and husband during our wedding weekend in Durban and was sad to hear their unpleasant experience.
Firstly with regards to the room, there was no proper ventelation, the room was stuffy and had a damp oudour, had to leave the door and windows open most of the time, which wasn't ideal as it was winter and a bit cold during the evenings, the aircon had no heating function and served no purpose.
Breakfast:
The hot breakfast was not prepared well, my mom and husband ordered an omlet on their first morning and the omlet was drenched in oil. The hot breakfasts was prepeared very unhealthy. My mom also noticed other guests placing serviettes over their fried egg or omletts to absorb the oil.
On the second day, my husband and mom had cereal because they had a bad experience with the hot breakfast, and to their dissapointment yet again, the milk was spoilt.

We had absolutely fantastic service. The bed and breakfast we beautifully decorated and ALWAYS clean. The manager Ingrid was very organised and helpful. The cleaning staff/cook was extremely friendly. WiFi connection was a bit weak but always connected. Breakfast I would rate a 7 out of 10. A wonderful variety but could be prepared a little healthier. We will defiantly be using them four our next trip to Durban!
