The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The sitting arrangement for brakfast was unusual (one big dining table for all guests), that makes you get to know other guests stories and having a pleasant breakfast together. It was also lovely to talk to Anet while she was preparing our breakfast. Alan, however, behaves like a retired army officer. It felt like he prefers to print and hang lot of notices (water and electricity restrictions are totally fine, but who restricts internet bandwidth nowadays?) everywhere instead of talking to his guests in person. The price was very reasonable and the overall package is recommendable.
