  Simply AMAZING! I was at the hotel for two days with my fiancee and we had such a great time, mostly due to the great help and tipps from the owners. Everything was perfect - especially the amazing food 🍴🎉

  Amazing place!
  In contrast to all previous comments, we had such a great experience at this hotel with the best service and very nice and modern rooms. To us, the owners were very friendly, helpful and open for discussions or customer needs. Maybe a positive and friendly human interaction is a two way street? :)
  
  Most importantly the food was incredible and needs extra recognition!

  STAY AWAY from this place! I’m surprised that they are allowed to run a business. The owners are the most impolite people I ever met at a hotel. They do not want to meet the guests needs what so ever. I normally don’t write reviews but I really need to WARN everyone about this place. Don’t let the nice pictures on the website fool you.

  i highly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel and their manager Sascha. They only care for money and have no respect for their guests. We couldnt do any changes in our booking, and they didnt want to be friendly to meet their clients needs. Im shocked about their service and ive never had this terrible treatment from any service i ever bought.

  Beautiful guest house and superb service. The breakfast is top notch too. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Exnor for those travelling to the Grabouw/Elgin area
