Had a great pitstop for food and refuge from the heat here. The place was incredibly busy but the service and food was great. Highly recommend the pork ribs! Views are stunning here.

By far the worst dining experience that I've had. Management doesn't care. Wait staff have no clue what they're doing. Took 30min to even be offered drinks on a quiet night. Food was average some of our orders were cold when they got to the table, and at the end of the evening had about 4 extra different orders added to our bill which we never had.

The food was good overall the service was extremely variable. We’d either have wonderful service or inattentiveness. The view from the deck is very relaxing. They do have free WiFi which is a major perk. Asking for a glass of water shouldn’t be weird.

Easily the worst restaurant experience I've had in South Africa . I guess management just doesn't care, seeing that they have the monopoly. First time we wanted to have a drink on the deck - we asked if we could take a seat for only a drink, and we were told it's all right and we would be served right away. After 20 minutes with no service we went to one of the waiters (there were 6 standing by the restaurant talking) and tried to order - they told us they would come and take the order at the table. After 15 more minutes of waiting, we decided to leave.

The second time we went there for dinner because we were outrageously tired and it was late so we didn't want to cook. We also saw they did have some good reviews so we were hoping we had just been very unlucky. It took around 25 minutes to be seated (instead of telling us what was happening and how long we should wait they just ignored us until they had a table). Our waitress was very nice and attentive though (even though they had run out of several wines and menu items). Compliments to her! The food was unfortunately very dry and tasteless.

Not bad for lunch in the Kruger Park. It lovely to sit overlooking the Sabie river while eating though it can get a bit busy and packed.

Variable. The quality of service is subject to the waiter / waitress, their mood and attitude. We have experienced excellent and downright shoddy. That applies to the food too. The deck and atmosphere is real good though.

The staff are very unfriendly and will serve what they wish. I ordered an omlete which comes with toast but the waitress Blessing did not serve my toast and when i asked for it shw rudely told i can give only plain bread as grill is busy Why did u take my order than? Please avoid this restaurant during your stay in Kruger

Good food at very good value. Recommend the ribs. Takeaways separate outside to the bistro. Good selection sandwiches, wraps, pies, burgers, salads and drinks, including beers. Seating outdoors nice.

Best damned burger I have EVER had.a tender patty Charred to perfection smothered with a mind blowing basting. Fast and friendly service and not a single mistake (usually happens due to me being a fussy eater with technical orders).

    Will definitely come here again.

Waiter 'wiped' used cutlery, folded used serviettes and set table with the dirty cutlery and serviettes. Disgusting!! NO STARS!!!!!!

Terrible experience, rather boil an egg at home and bring it in a ziplock bag.

Instant coffee from the flask tastes better than the filter coffee here. AVOID!
