Great place, awesome friendly service. I saw like Kudu..zebra.. one time I even saw a giraffe. Best thing ever was the pork neck!! It was super filling.

They have a beautiful outside area. There's a water fountain and lots of TVS if you want to go watch some sport. I'm not a sporty person but if I was I would definitely go there.

If you go at the right time of year then down by the braai type area there is an insanely beautiful flowering plant. I'm not sure what it's name is but it's orange and gorgeous. Eventually it turns yellowish and dies.

10/10. Would recommend!!

You cannot go wrong with the steak or burgers well pretty much anything on the menu just book in advance during popular times otherwise you are missing out.

We went here twice because we were staying at a lodge in Marloth Park nearby. Both the times the food was tasteful and service good. We ordered bobotie, a nice traditional dish, and kinglip with veggies and rice.

5 Stars for the restaurant. I was staying down the street at Kruger Inn Backpackers which is total self service. Atmosphere is great, I was the only guest but my server was very nice. Had the Bobotie as suggested by my server and it was the best meal I had in need South Africa so far.

Beautiful very peaceful place with beautiful chalets and very friendly staff. Bed was a bit hard tough but otherwise great. We saw some great game near the crocodile river and you can walk around the entire area too. Love it.

We went Phumula restaurant on recommendation from Jacques Delport who handled our rental accommodation, food was great, service good, all in all we had a good time. We sat in the outdoor part, lots of tv's and fans which were nice. The guys enjoyed watching the soccer. We love Africa and plan on to come back next year for our annual holiday and will go here again.

Nice accomodation in the middle of the nature. Not a lot of things to do. Can be a little be scary at night as you cannot go outside due to wild animals.

Very nice stay and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the restaurant and pool. The area is 'rural residential' within a nature reserve. Giraffe zebra monkeys etc walk freely through the area. Nearby can view Kruger park on opposite side the Crocodile River.

this place is lovely and there is so many animals coming near the houses. 4/5 because it isn't enough comfortable and equipped for many days but for 3-4 days it's nice. If you go there, don't forget adapter for your electrical stuff because SA plugs can't hold any other ones

Best Food I ever had! The service was great with waiters waiting to give you super service and the food came out not long after we ordered - Phumula will definitely see me again. The bar is beautiful and also had good service, the seating was comfortable and everyone very friendly and making the extra effort! ITS A MUST GO TO RESTAURANT!!!
