Witbank standard level of service, parking lot becomes a "kuier plek" after a certain hour and quite unsafe. I have had friends get harassed in the parking and drive through because of their skin colour. Drive through is also slow and unpleasant. Food is 5/10 at the best of times I have been there. Rather go to the McDonald's at the ridge.

The drive is very slow at times, especially on weekends after 10pm. You will wait on the queue for than an hour. 4 out 5 times the chips are not fresh are basically reheated and served. I don't remember when was the last time I was served fresh chips with meals. I try and avoid it as much as I can unless I have absolutely no choice.

Terrible service. Stand in the queue for an hour. No staff at any window, except the collection window. When arriving there told to return to the previous window, which was not possible as nobody was there and a long queue already piled up. Needless to say, we left without getting food and went to kfc Klipfontein where we got excellent service

Takes too long to get your order. Sometimes one or two cashier are working and share the drive through and the inside. That's one of the reason why there are long ques and long wait for an order.
