Not so good. Take away food in medium quality, the pepper and mushroom souces were bad

Don’t do it. Take a picnic or make another arrangement. What a horrible meal we had here. When we arrived we saw people eating Fish & Chips or burgers. So that seemed to be a good gauge for what we could order.
It was disgusting. The fish had a smell and was slimy. The burger had a very similar smell and the taste was awful. I’m not sure if it’s very old oil or what but we couldn’t eat it and were terrified to ask for something else.
I was sick for the rest of the day and incredibly uncomfortable. Unfortunately we will never be back.response / report this review -

The best restaurant I've been to in the Kruger National Park. They have beautiful decor inside and outside seating that looks over the river. The staff here are very professional and quick to tend to your every need. The food that we had was excellent but pricey! The steak was prepared perfectly and also came with quite an interesting twist, definitely try their famous steak dishes. Their portions are generous and well prepared. The drink selection is standard, nothing to write home about. Definitely one of my favorites here in the Kruger.

Stylish decor, menu and service with great views over the Sabie River. The outdoor terrace is excellent and food is good value. Play area for young folks too!

Had breakfast this morning with my husband. Was served by a male waiter named James. He was extremely rude making snide comments. When I requested a different waiter he replied that we're stuck with him. No tip deserved. Will spread the word to our friends visiting KNP. What a horrible start to an awesome day. No more Cattle Baron for us..

Good location, You can sit near the river. Really good fillet. Tip: ask for the 'on house'(free) veg starter(spinach and sweetmash)

We've been there several times to take a break after driving around in Kruger. They offer good breakfast and the terrace has a nice view on Sabie river. Service was not on the fast side but it all depends on the waiter. All in all I would definitely return to this place.

We ate the breakfast buffet, the bacon did not taste nice at all. An hour before the buffet closed the flapjacks was finished and they never made new ones. Was not worth the R80. On top of that the service was not great.
