Ordered eggs blackstone. Was served on some old bread, half frozen. Eggs was soft, but parts frozen (not sure how). Parts of eggshell in it. Potatoes was at least a day old, and also half frozen. Awesome view, bad kitchen staff.

Restaurant with a lovely view over the ocean.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Staff were friendly and the service good. Like the menu options available to us (breakfast) and the food was fresh and tasted exactly as expected. Will definitely go again.

A restaurant with a fantastic ocean. The menu has a variety of dishes from fish, steaks, burgers, to pizza. The portions of each meal were pleasantly big. A bonus is that the restaurant isn't shy with the amount of toppings they place on a pizza. There is also a moderate variety of available drinks, from soft drinks, to good beer, rock shandy and a selected wine list. Overall the food was superb. Our table had a friendly and attentive waiter (whom made sure our glasses are filled and the food is to our satisfaction), which cannot be said of many places. For that and the great food, a 5/5.

The greatest thing about this restaurant is the view! Don't strees, the food is very good too. Definitely worth a visit!

Great waiter but the food was awful. We tried to order two soles but there was only one left, guess that should have been a warning. When my sole arrived it was skinny, with lots of crumb, but when I broke through the crumb the flesh was mushy and inedible. I think it must have been very old. The chips were awful too, oil soaked and horrible. We have had good food here before so this was a big disappointment.

We ate Sunday lunch here, four adults and two children. We were happy to queue as we wanted to eat 'on the beach' on such a great day. The waiter was a star, the food exemplary and the whole experience worth repeating!

Fabulous location great waitrons very friendly and helpful. We had coffee and tarts & cakes delicious. An excellent choice to sit outside and enjoy the view, fresh air and good food.

Lovely sitting right on beachfront with view. My dog is always welcomed with (ice) water -actual ice cubes in it! They won't serve you a glass of water though. You have to buy bottled water. Food inconsistent, but service excellent

A Melkbosstrand favourite. Hake in beer batter and burgers great value. Pizza for kids enormous. And it's right on the beach with the rocks and sea in front of you.

Wasn't expecting it to be such a nice place to eat. Obviously being on the ocean we expected the great views, but the food was a big surprise. The seafood was immaculately prepared, with good burgers and pizzas too.
