Had an incredible evening. Pride was our waiter, what an exceptional man. Great sense of humour and service was perfect. Food was incredible and portion size was beyond expectations. Steaks were enormous!!!!.

Pigale was an exclusive dining experience that I'll never forget. The food was amazing, and the presentation of the food was great too. Highly professional service. The live music, combined with exquisite food and professional waiters in an experience to remember. I also enjoyed the style of the restaurant, an old school colonial African style. Five stars

This is a fantastic restaurant for anyone looking for a great formal dining experience. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Manager is hands on and goes out of his way to ensure great service. The food is excellent. The mushroom ravioli, seafood platter and sole were fantastic. The live band and intimate lighting create a wonderful ambiance particular for couples looking for a romantic night out. I highly recommend that you eat here at least once.

The worst.
They seated us at a table that had no space for the waitrons to walk pass us. They forgot drinks that were ordered. The steak was tough and not juicy. The dessert did not taste nice. I took one bite and I left it because it was awful. Lastly the waitrons had serious attitude problems. One waitress hair was hanging in the food, they passed plates across the customers at the table and one even bumped a plate into my head as she was passing a plate across the table. This place is highly not recommended.

Yebo ! Its one of the Best venues to spend a Lovely Romantic evening for any Celebration coupled with the Special Events planner Company ! Namely ! Hip Hip Hooray. And Pigalle Restaurant ! Believe Me ! I've Been there at Pigalle and used Hip Hip Hooray company for Many years now ! Book now ! Or you won't get there to enjoy both Company's ! Yours truly well entertained ! Can there be less stars? It's like a cruise ship for a 60 and older crowd that enjoys their food over microwaved. The first red flag should have been the hot sauce provided with the bread and butter served with a cardboard cover. If you love meal-on-wheels pre-made dinners, you might enjoy yourself. If I described the taste as a color, it would be plain white. This is all complimented by the live music, with the band from the worst wedding you've ever been to, playing your favorite hits from the dentist waiting room

.we had heard that this restaurant was very snazzii and stylish a good place to celebrate a birthday at so we decided to take our only daughter here for her birthday! We were very impressed as we entered the impressive foyer of this place we were already sure that the night was going to be pleasant and thorough-lii enjoyable as was the decor and the soft music filling the air before we even got to our seats! They serve good wines and nice cock-tails! The starters were also good we had the escargots which happened to be well garlic-ed and succulent and the capacio was thin and fresh and taste-ii! Our main meals were also good we had a sirloin steak, a steak on the bone and the two flavoured duck! Everything was Mmmmmmmmm-h!.music was pleasant and the whole ambiance was sensational! A good place to find good food, helpful staff and romantic music!.

My gf had several seafood dishes and was absolutely happy with them. However, my seared scallops were nothing but spectacular! :') Waitresses very nice and humorous :-) Surely not the last time we were here.

Food good. Ambiance good. Waitress assigned to our table rude and disinterested. I am still waiting for my espresso. It just never came. I was part of a big group, maybe the idea that a tip would automatically be added to the bill reduced the incentive.

Great and friendly service. Food and wine choice were excellent ( I had ostrich for the first time). Seared scallops and risotto were nicely balanced. Shrimp curry was a nice take on a familiar dish. Live band and dancing topped the night!!

One of the place to be in Cape town.
Excellent food. The seared scallops are amazing. Really.
All seafood is fantastic, and the springbok fillet steak is just perfect

Stylish evening out. Dress up. Magnificent restaurant. Exquisite food. Dine and wine the night away the local live band. Excellent service and worth every cent. This would be one of the go too place in Cape Town.
The decor and ambiance are enigmatic. Cape Town at its best.

I was a bit worried about the size of the restaurant (Capacity of 300 people) as we wanted a romantic anniversary dinner. It turns out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about, it was cozy and it was romantic. Tables are set in a way that they are not really close to each other. I give this place five stars, the best seafood we have ever had coupled with the wonderful jazz music and a bit of dancing after your meal, this restaurant is a definite must. I would also like to thank the people of Pigalle, everyone from the staff to the managers was courteous and helpful and nice!!

Wow! This place is amazing and great value! The band were extremely talented jazz musicians. Truly world class. The food was divine. I had the mushroom ravioli for entree and springbok for main. Both delicious. My fiancee had the seafood which was also really good. Staff are super friendly maybe a bit too keen to ask"how is everything?" but overall very good. Our waiter was Amanda.
