I was very hesitant about having breakfast at the spur,becaus of previous BAD experiences at other spur restaurants. Well what a pleasant surprise I had here!!! Maybe I got them on a good day,but I can only report on my experience at the time of my visit. From the moment we walked in to when we left everything was superb. The staff were friendly and helpfull. They all were neat in their uniforms with
Management in a different uniform. That helps if you are looking for management. I am VERY fistideous abou my breakfast and 90% of the time it is wrong because waiting staff do not listen to the customer or check the meal when it comes out of the kitchen. Mine was perfect, and I was asked when the food was placed in front of me whether it was according to my liking. I would like to thank my waitress Mandi for her professional attitude. To the manager Heather And senior manager J.J i would like to say that if this is the standard you keep all the TIME to keep it up. I am visiting from George and can only say keep up the good work. Always liked Spur but the new Spur is amazing! the food is fantastic, fairly priced and the staff is friendly.The new layout is a big improvement and more esthetically pleasing.
