I bought 2 sets of seat covers from this supplier, plus a wheel cover and paid the invoice in full. The vendor has not completed their supply and ignores e-mails, sms messages and call. I dont like doing business this way and am frankly surprised that in this marketplace where we are spoilt for choice that they conduct themselves this way. Based on my experience I can not recommend them. Had I known this about them, I would have went to Mellville & Moon or Escape Gear for my 4x4 seat covers. From my experience I expect their after sales service would likely be poor. Pity, as the seat covers appear nicely made and they look good, so 2 stars for that at least.

I phoned them on Thursday 1 June and spoke to a lady that explained all about the seat covers and said that the office hours are daily from 08h00-17h00. I arrived there on the Friday at 15h00 only to be shown the door in an extremely rude manner by a man. He did not spoke to me once and just used his arms pointing to the door shaking his head while he was on the phone.I stood at the bottom of the stairs, waiting, for 5-10 minutes while he continued on the phone in very foul language. I then decided to rather leave. I phoned again on Monday and explained the incident to the lady and she said that her husband was busy on another call and that they only see clients on appointment and that I could make an appointment with her for the Tuesday should I want to see the product. She then said that they usually close between 15h00-17h00 on a Friday. How difficult is it to get your office hours sorted?
My suggestion to anyone planning on visiting their office in Hermanus is to, stay far away!!! She never apologized for the rude behavior or inconvenience.
