They made a bit of a mistake with my kids bike and when I came back to them thinking that they would say its not their problem, they stood up and fixed it and dropped the bike at my house AND called me a week later just to check up on the fix - I cannot recommend them highly enough.. They were so good that I might actually start biking ;)
