I've been servicing my car here for the past few years, usually their service is fine, but recently it's dropped and the standard of communication is non existent. I had to constantly chase after Khanita, the service consultant, to get an update. I arrived at 6:30am, was second in the queue, yet my car wasn't even ready by 5pm. The kicker is that I had a standard oil change service, not a major service! I seriously doubt I'd go back after this experience.

I've had my car serviced here twice and unfortunately the customer service has gone down with the change in staff. Vehicle service was great but no communication from the service manager - such a decline from last year. Car was done by 12 and despite my repeated calls, only ready for collection at 5. On arrival at the dealership, the service manager coolly states, oh it was ready since 12.

Service with an Attitude.

I had signed a quote accepting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership after complaining about being given the run around between sales executives. They sold the vehicle the day after and now are offering me a vehicle costing more and its an earlier model. The dealer principal says I must wait until they find a suitable vehicle. Sorry you just lost a sale because you have a bad attitude.
