I had the best experience at Dent Doctor. Staff were friendly and approachable. Service was speedy. I was kept up-to-date every day as promised. All my questions were answered without hesitation. It was above and beyond.

What a poor place and poor business. I'm surprised they still in business. I took more then 6 weeks for a job of R21k. Never a manager around to assist. The owner is unheard off. Place like this should be closed down. Good luck and many prayers if your car lands up with them

Started out very professional with quoting and booking. Service severely deteriorated thereafter. Collection was very unprofessionally handled by staff. Car was not ready for collection at arranged time even though I allowed extra day to ensure it would be. Waited hour and then asked receptionist what's going on only to find she did not even alert team to me being there. Work substandard with some things left out and paint not finished off nicely. Very disappointed after great expectations created.

Terrible, waited a whole month to get my vehicle, which wasn't done properly so had to wait another week.
The repair work was to replace a front bumper and a headlight Ridiculous

The workmanship is good but, dear G*d, the customer service is appalling. My experience from start to finish with their admin staff has been POOR. They have communication issues (for 2 days no one could update me on the status of my car), after 4 phone calls and requests I was finally sent SMS updates. Their excuses included:"we are short staffed", "the part was not in" (although I specifically waited to take my car in until the part was ready), "our manager is not available", "did not know that you paid the excess already", etc. They take ages to fix a simple dent. I was also on a hell ride back to collect my car when their driver decided to speed at 100km/h in a 60km/h zone because he was late. Save yourself the hassle and save your sanity and find another place to take your car to.

TERRIBLE service & empty promises! Took my car in for hail damage on 7 March, got it back a month and a half later on 15 April - JOB NOT DONE & Paint Job terrible! Been contacting Cliff Naidoo ever since, only to get a promise that he will phone me back every time - NEVER DOES! Cliff said I will get a quality certificate from Nissan which apparently now can't be done!? He said he will arrange a rental car for me now that my car has to go back, another promise he is now shying away from! AVOID Dent Doctor Randburg AT ALL COST!
