  This is the worst most pathetic service I have ever experienced. The inform you that you order is ready. You respond with a collection day (no responses). On the day of collection they tell you that your order was given to another customer cause you must collect within 24 hours.
  
  Really!!!! Then why did I respond with a day!!!!
  
  Thank you Precious for no service & customer skills what so ever.

  Unfortunately very slow service and a long queue at the pay point. Can definitely improve on customer service.

  They make you feel like they dont want to help you. They get very busy and ond that day there is only one lady working the till. I think they are very unprofessional
