  Burglars broke open both my street gate and my front door destroying the locks in the process. I was concerned for my security with both gate and door open. Randburg Locksmiths sent an excellent locksmith who replaced both locks in double quick time. I know who I'll call next time I have a problem.

  Fantastic service. They understand long term customer relationships. They fixed my car lock twice at a fraction of the price of dealers with great service, even fixed my remote at no cost. I then went on to appoint Randburg locksmiths to fix my sectional titles gate motor (after trying several other companies), this is where I was really impressed
  Bruce and his team came out and kept their promise of sorting the problem, this involved multiple call outs they did not charge for, plus replacing wiring and fixing beams. I now have a locksmith I can trust with my security and money.

  I thought I was going to have a rather difficult day when my car key was snapped by a friend, however I called Randburg Locksmiths as soon as they opened and they said they should be able to help. And they were! 5mins later I had a new key!

  I brought my vehicle in to have the lock on the driver side fixed. Was told that it would take about two hours. The repairman checked all the lock as the vehicle has central locking. He replaced the key and sorted the lock so that the driver side can be locked with a key but on reaching the office 15km away, I found that the boot (which I has no previous problem with) did not open remotely as well as with the new key. I entered the boot from the back seat and found the vehicle to be in a shocking state. All the panels were left unclipped and the door rubbers were all loose. When I called to let him know that the boot was not working , he casually told me just bring the car when it suited me. NO APOLOGY.No explanation or excuse for messing up at all

  My door lock on my Honda Jazz was damaged by thief.
  Dealer quoted me R5500 to replace the lock. Went around and asked many locksmith for help but no one could tell me what need to be replaced and how much I'll be charged. Randburg Locksmith were the only one that could tell me what part I need to get without stripping the door panel. Everything was done within 1 hour and they served me a cup of coffee while I wait. The total labour and key matching only cost me R650 (Excluding replacement part). They offered efficient and excellent service. Definitely deserve a 5 star and will definitely recommend them to others.
