  Took my sons bikes for service paid 2800 rand got back in same condition paid for nothing they took the money and never service nicely i will never go there

  Took my son's bike in for repairs. The team on duty (from the manageres to the assistant) was very unprofessional and unfriendly during a query. I don't assume the customer is always right but some manners and a bit of courtesy goes a long way.

  Bought accessories for my bike on Sunday from Cajees Alberton using my credit card just to have extra costs going off my account on Monday. Upon phoning the store they got annoyed with me and told me it's not their problem really???? Wonderful customer service indeed .
