Motorcyclists, apparently you need to leave your helmet at the boundary gate guard house. Who knows why, who knows if you'll get it back, but they won't let you inside the building with a helmet.
Of all my visits to this office, I've never had a day that I dont dread coming here, its awful, the access control staff are illiterate and incompetent, but at least if you're lucky that day you get to see one of the competent general query staff.
Also, if you're not here at 7am sharp, expect an extremely long queue!response / report this review -

Unfortunately I sat there for a good 4 hours without receiving help and the lady was too impatient for my quires. I only needed to submit my IT returns and told me to do it via internet, yet I had explain how the website for SARS unable us to login even if you have all your details correct. Infact that the only reason I decided to do this Manually, I am not a person who likes to do things Manually however, the problem I was experiencing on Website led me to physically go to offices with no help..such disappointment

The service here has improved greatly. The waiting time seems to be shorter. The lines are well maintained.

Not bad as far as goverment departments go. Waiting times can be quite substantial though, most employees are friendly

Make sure you don't go for a general query average wating time 120min+
Express query YES wating time max 30min
Not sure if there are enough people to do the more complex work
