The new Builders Warehouse bigger and better, lots of parking. Spacious and a lot more on display. We enjoy the nursery and the plants are of good quality and really good value for your money.

Store times doesn't correspond with Google times. Suggested edits not accepted by Builders, few times got to Builders then stores were closed. Many times there are no stock especially shelving brackets or electrical supplies. Asked Builders Rustenburg to order stock for me in May 2020 still have not recieved callbacks. Asked manager to order electrical plug for me and told him that no one ever calls me back. He promissed he will call me in July 2020, it is almost September, I have received no calls not even one. Website password reset doesn't work, so I cannot order online. I have spent more than R100 000 at builders last year, but it seems that Builders are too big to care. Dissatisfied

Good experience all in all. Staff in electrical and kitchen departments are super friendly and very helpful. Couldn't find anyone to help me with seeds in the outdoor department though. If I looked harder I probably would have found someone eventually, but I was in a bit of a hurry, so just left without what I came for.

Don't shop here. There are no price tags on goods. When you ask, if you find someone to ask, you are given a price and it is always more at the till. Everyone lolls around chatting as if they're on holiday. Even Peter the manager was unable to help me. Going to buy my lawnmower somewhere else.

Your telephone reception is HORRIBLE!
We tried for 30 minutes to get through to you - no one except for the computer, talked to us!
THIS is really something you must attend to! It is the second day that this has happened.
I will drive to the Rustenburg shop and hopefully be able to talk to the manager!
I don't know why this post forces you to click on a star! I don't want to give you ANY stars!

Big store but it is a bit of a jam to get in and out real quick at the moment since there are roadworks south east of the store.
