  The ride was really good and the captain was so educational and wanted us to fall in love with the moment rather then the ride and it was super safe and I love it

  Yippee I have been a few times on the balloon safaris experience
  One would have to wake up early ! However everything is extremely organised , bill is a fantastic guy and is living it up in his dream fantasy world for years ! Perfect example of making ones dreams come true ! Probably our own little Richard brandson

  Was an absolutely gorgeous experience with professional pilots full of humour.
  
  The views are gorgeous and we get some insight in the surrounding areas from the pilots.
  
  The trip was followed by a lovely breakfast.
  
  Definitely worth the early wake up call.

  An incredible experience! Staff and pilots are very friendly and knowledgeable. The launch field and grounds are beautiful. Watching the balloons inflate while the sun rises, then taking off at dawn, a gentle balloon ride and a wonderful breakfast after- a great experience from start to finish. Definitely THE place to tick this one off your bucket list!

  Really fantastic experience, from driving in to leaving. All the staff are passionate and really engaging. Truly recommend this as a bucket list experience.

  What a magical and breathtaking experience.I celebrated my birthday and ticked off a bucket list item. On arrival we were served hot drinks and after the flight we were given Champagne and orange juice before heading back for an awesome breakfast. The staff were fantastic and our Captain, Brad, was excellent! Thank you Dave, Brad and the rest of the Bill Harrop's team for an unforgettable experience! You are highly recommended!

  The experience was everything I dreamed of & more!!! We had the best pilot & I flew in the pilot compartment!
  Staff were amazing. Breakfast was top class. Will recommend them to anybody

  From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. It was amazing to watch the balloon being set up. The entire flight and the information we received was fantastic. Enjoyed the champagne and orange juice while the balloon was being packed up. The breakfast was spectacular with an amazing variety of delicious food. Highly recommend this to anyone.

  This was the most amazing experience that I have ever encountered. The staff and our pilot Brad were so professional. The food was delicious, and well appreciated after such an early rise. I would for sure recommend this to any one, a must for any person's bucket list. Thank you for an unforgettable memory.

  The staff and pilot go out of their way to make the experience wonderful. The setting is so magnificent that it is a real treat to experience from the air in a balloon.
  The pilot set us down perfectly, and the breakfast which followed was a great ending. A fun certificate is part of the memory.
  Be sure to take your camera with you - there are so many opportunities to get great shots. Our pilot was really great even pointing out when a perfect shot was coming our way! Experience shows in the care and attention to detail.
