Very helpful staff. Store was very quiet as I visited during lockdown. Asked if I could return goods if not correct & received a polite reply that I could, at any time, as long as I had the till strip.

I love popping in to the nursery. This time however was so disappointing as many of the hibiscus in stock is covered in aphids. It was so sad to see all the products on the shelf and none to help out the sick plants. Staff was standing around chatting while an elderly lady was trying to load a 30dm compost.

Staff really not interested in customer interaction .doing you a favor to ring up goods . Been to 2 in 3 days . Need to go to brights in future. Builders need to catch a wake . Let your clients fèel great having decided to choose your store.

Yesterday I went to this branch and asked an assistant for help. She referred me to another member of staff who seemed to be more interested in another customer. I then waited at reception and observed 5 members of staff chatting. They could see me waiting. A manager then got the attention of these people and one of them came to reception and served a lady who arrived after me in the que . By this time I had become so angry with this behaviour that I thought it best to leave the shop. I do not intend to return. The next day went to Brights in Montague Gardens, Chalk and cheese!! I was served with speed and smiles. I will be going back to Brights, even though it is much further away than Builders!!!

JOJO TANK 2500LT ADVERTISED FOR R2699 BUT NO STOCK - BUILDERS SAY JOJO AT FAULT - WHY ADVERTISE WITH NO STOCK - EVERY TIME I GO THERE I GET A DIFFERENT EXCUSE THE LADY MANAGER WAS ARROGANT -NOW THE SAME JOJO TANK IS ADVERTISED FOR R3450 AND STILL NO STOCK - FUN TASTIC

..I find it absolutely hard to understand how a company like this cannot update it information on the Internet or Google! They are no longer Builders Warehouse They are Now BUILDERS EXPRESS a Franchise Store of the Big one! And another thing is that there Share call line 0860 008 988 SUCKS! When you dial this number A Loud voice tell you how important your call is But you wait for 15 Minutes only to get NO REPLY! How do they manage to attract business? Sad, sad, sad!!!!..Today:- 6th July 2017:- Visited here again today only to be very disappointed with the staff all are very lax a dazzy and don't care! You stand in the Q to pay and the assistant doesn't even greet or ask you if she can be of assistance! Despite me spending just on R200.00 here today this establishment will not see again in the future!!!.

Standard Builders', but that makes it good. You know what you get. And they have a very large range of tools and hardware and materials. They had what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay.

Will never go back there. Staff are not clued up regarding stock and frontline staff has NO customer service nor care etiquette.
