I recently had my hair cut and coloured by Angie at Absolut Hair and am so happy with the results. I've received several compliments too! I appreciated Angie's caring and thorough approach in asking me what I really wanted, looking at the image references I'd brought along, and giving her input in terms of my desired style and what would be possible in terms of colour. I found her approach very caring and professional, and I'm very happy with my new short-bangs style and colour update. Need to update my profile pic to show it The salon is spacious and relaxing and there's a nice outdoor courtyard chill area, ideal for these times of Covid-19.

I have never had my hair coloured and after 30 years I was ready for a change. Angelique at Absolut Hair was kind, attentive, informative and made what I thought would be a very nerve-wrecking experience really easy. I highly recommend this salon especially when going for a crazy change but you want the best person to take care of you. Will definitely be making Angie my go-to and this salon will have to become my permanent choice for all hair-related services :-)

I was nervous putting my hair in someone's hands after a previous bad experience at another salon.

I was immediately reassured and told I didn't need to worry anymore.

The staff took me through the six point check and assessed my hair on its history and current products I use. It felt so wonderful to have them understand the condition of my hair and then proceed accordingly.

I love my new hair colour, it's natural and my hair hasn't gone to straw. And I'm getting used to my new cut which removed all the dry straggly ends :)

My hair is healthy and happy now!

Steven and the team are professionals at making a women feel pampered and special. I have walked out of Absolut with many different styles (short, long, blonde, brunette, bridal) and always feel like a million bucks.

When I moved to Cape Town in 2007, I struggled to find a salon with quality stylists. When I stumbled upon Absolut Hair's contact details and went for my first appointment, I was sold - fantastic stylists, luxurious treatment and excellent service. I highly recommend them.
