The staff is vey friendly. the reason i give it 3 stars is because their system seem to be offline quite often this causing discomfort to the shoppers. Thanks to the staff who is very apologetic and trying to make the shoppers comfortable. Really appreciate their work ethic. 😍😍

I left a parcel on Friday, 23 August, by accident in a trolley. Andrew helped me in a wonderful way to get hold of it again. I was amazed! Please thank him for the respectful and polite way he handled the situation. I am forever thankful! Regards Sonja Goldberg

Great environment to do shopping. Clean, well presented items. BUT, there were no packers at the check-out points. I had to help with packing myself. Probably just a public holiday issue.

One of my favourite PnPays but today the aircon was blowing out HOT air. It was só stuffy and uncomfortable in the shop. Why? Also not good for the produce.
It felt like walking into a lovely cool aircon room when leaving the shop. And it was a hot day outside.

Today the service was quick because we had less than 10 items. The layout of the store doesn't work for me. It's easy to bump into other shoppers which increases the irritability of a shopper. Also there are too many staff on the floor whenever I shop there which further decreases the space of the shopper. On the upside help is available when one needs it.

Always able to get most items. Find that 3 ply tissues don't seem to be available anymore. Also the pumpkin pie that was really delicious is no longer available

I only shop here because it's always clean, the stock is always being refilled and the prices are great.

Very nice shop there a lot, the staff at the cooked food section are always unhappy to help(just do their job) its really a struggle to get service out of them. Other than that always great value specials and good variety of stock on hand.

This PnP was revamped recently, it looks very modern inside. Their meat section is a standout and is definitely above the usual PnP standard. A big variety of meat and everything is packaged attractively. They have a deli section and the prepared food is good.
The aisles are a bit narrow so it can get cramped in peak hour. Good shopping experience overall.response / report this review -
