I was impressed by the good service received at Buco Honeydew. Ernest helped to locate the correct face bricks I was looking for. The employees in Yard 1 were also most helpful. Wish more stores were so customer focused.

Friendly and helpful staff. They tend to stock items which more mainstream outlets can’t be bothered with and their prices are normally cheaper than competitors. Finding the entrance is a bit of a challenge, but perseverance has its rewards.

I love to shop at Buco as the sales team listen to your request and assist you accordingly. They gave me a solution for porcelain tiles drill as I struggled. I payed a fare price as the product did what the sales man said it will do. I m happy.

If Harry serves me at the contractors counter-no problem but the general vibe becomes more and more like: find it yourself and that's it, don't expect help. Buco is definitely not keeping up with the image of the Ferreiras it used be. My advice, it still is a well stocked outlet, don't be in a hurry, check pricing carefully on everything-not just the bulk stuff and go to the contractors counter.

Been shopping here since a young boy. Its had several names but some of the staff and I have aged nicely. Nice people in the sales dept and at the tills.
