Nice one Sennheiser SA. I spend over R7000-00 on a pair of your headphones through Foto Discount World. Box arrives and I see the tab to open has been repaired with cellotape AND THE BAND INSIDE THE HEAD-STRAP IS MISSING !!! 11;45 on 21/12/17 and no-one at the office to take my call. NICE ONE. Should have spent my money on a B&O. Just destroyed the allegiance I have had with Sennheiser for 35 yrs. Be warned people.

They repaired my Sennheiser PC350 headset and I only paid for shipping as it had a small problem. The lady by the name of Annette assisted me and she was very professional and friendly. Good and fast customer service. I highly recommend this brand and aftersale service.
