  Jacob is a Super Star i received amazing service from him when I had to return a damaged item and when i had to later swap out my shower door due to a mistake from my builder. Thank You for all your help Jacob

  CTM are the worst tile suppliers in SA. I paid for tiles last week and was told they could deliver on Friday. I requested a monday delivery and arranged my tiler accordingly. No delivery and nobody is interested in assisting. Phones twice to be told that someone would call back - guess what, still waiting.
  I will advice all client sin future to stay away from CTM.
  
  This is not a once off experience.

  average selection. quite hidden away and confusing to get to. not easily accessible for a quick visit.
