Neat and Clean! Close drive to Sun City! The Hostess was friendly and very accommodating to me and my Friends.. we can be a Jolly Bunch! The rooms were all very clean.

Checking in was not good. The receptionist was not so organised.

The double booking, so unproffesional.

"All the rooms have private entrance." it would be nice to also have privacy inside the room, I mean hearing conversations from the room on the other side👎, maybe remove the doors between the rooms.

First of all we arrived knowing we going to get a self catering room ,only to find they gave it to some people.okay the lady only apologized after we told her to, not talking about the rooms we had to remove the base as it was not in a good condition and making some noise when turning and the room they gave us people from next door can hear almost everything you are doing or saying.

Im sorry to say this was the worst experience ever. We booked three days befor arival .It was a bit late, but the they told ust hat they will make a plan. For a family roo. They send the invoice with room three. when we arived whe got room 16 for wich i paid R1800 per night and on theire website it is a double room cottage, but they charged me for a famaly room behind the room was a rubish dump small spiders everyhwre and we had a 6moths old baby the shower had the worst smell and it looked like a container wich was made into a room. and to crown all of that the owner said they did us a favour while we paid fill price. will never go back but that place has huge potential

Pros:
Friendly and good service.
Small but nice rooms.
Very close to Sun City.

Cons:
Noisy, with the room we stayed in next to a busy road (easily voluble from room).
Main gate is not secured at night which left my wife feeling a bit unsafe.

Overall:
Convenient and pleasant spot close to Sun City. Not that luxurious but a decent stay.

I had a normal stayuntil i left some of my staff at room 4whn calling wanting to arrange for courrier they said they were not there..so dissapointed of dishonesty of the people in dat place.u can not trust them..it means some are thieves..i've been to guesthouses and hotels but neva experienced that..everytime u left something you know u will get itwhat pisses me off worse is dat lady at da reception trying to shield who ever cleaned that room after i leftmy clothes cant just dissapear without someone taking themI REALLY CAN NOT ADVISE ANY PERSON TO GO THERED

From that price I expected way more.
The staff and management were friendly it ends there.
1. The shower had no door, when u shower the bathroom turns into a pool.
2. Too noisy. Our room was next to the reception and dinning area
3. Boards were used to partition the rooms. I could hear everything that happened in the next room. From coughing, flushing the toilet,tv,plugging of electronic devices on the"wall".
4. Bed mites!!! 1st night I thought I was mosquitos if I could upload a pic of my body I wud.
When I told management about it she made me feel guilty and bad"saying I'm the 1st to complaint no one has ever complaint about bed mites" she told me it's mosquitos.

I'm never coming back unless they upgrade the place.

We had a good time at black swan. Very friendly staff and good management. Almost everything was provided at the place. Really enjoyed our stay. Also very close to sun city.

So we get here after having requested that we would be checking in earlier as we wanted to get ready for a wedding. No one knew of this arrangement, the reception staff were behaving like we're causing them an inconvenience. Cut to the room, no towels ready, the dirt in the bin from previous guests had not been cleared, there was no toilet paper and the bathroom light was not working so no evening bath for us. The room was not airconditioned, it had an old double bed that 2 adults were expected to fit into and the only available cover was a quilt. Very, very shabby for the close to R1000 per night price. Also, there was a swimming pool that guests weren't allowed to go into despite the 35 degrees Celsius heat. It was the mot awful experience of my entire life!

We stayed here the night before a cycling race at the Lost City. It was a convenient location only 20 minutes away from Sun City, and the rooms were clean and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our major complaint was noise: there was a pump somewhere in the infrastructure that turned on intermittently all night and seriously disturbed our sleep. The shower in the room was also a problem, as the door was not properly fitted, resulting in a flood on the bathroom floor. Room for improvement but there is potential for this to be a good location.
