Excellent, facilities are very well maintained. Will definitely see us again
Not the most luxurious place to visit but has everything you need and is good value. Pools and grounds are well kept. Small buck, warthogs, monkeys can often be seen in the camp
As far as camping goes, this was a clean site with well maintained facilities.
A swimming pool and hiking trail, with game wondering about inside the reserve.
A nice stay
Manyane is a great little game reserve with swimming pools, a resraurant, a spa and tons of baboons, deer, giraffe etc walking inside the camp. There are options of chalets or bringing your camping gear for a more outdoors experience. Game drives are well worth it. I advise going in the lare afternoons where animals come out as its not so hot anymore .
Manyane Resort hasn't been the most " luxurious place" I've been too. The maintenance is very poor. With old plastic outdoor furniture, to the squished kitchen you need octopus arms to reach for a glass or plate. I found that it has to be impossible to sleep 8 and I can only see people sleeping only 6. One advantage I loved was the swimming pool which my family and I enjoyed.
Camp Site for our small tent ist very nice and shady.
Pools are green warter but otherwise clean.
Showes and restrooms are about to be renewed. So there are a couple of new ones and one new one.
Absolutely bad experience was the Dinner at the Camp Site Restaurant. Steak was disapointing, salad was ~ ok, waitress ~
Staying here is fine, but keep in mind to drive a while for Dinner outside.
Do not dine at the Camp Site!
What a great resort! The food is fantastic especially the breakfast. A nice bar too in case there is a UNMISSABLE game on while away from home. And great location right at the amazing Pillanesburg Park. #Big5
We have been going to Manyane for years. We love the game drives I am yet to see a buffalo though, they are quite shy here. We love that the kids can be kids here. Ablution blocks are clean. Love the braai and rubbish bins for each individual camp site.
The bathrooms are small. One shower and 2 toilets. They're clean yes, but small. Also I feel they should do more to upgrade their camp sites. They're so thorny and dusty. Place needs a revamp
Such friendly staff and very good campsite!
The ablution blocks are very clean and each campsite has its own BBQ and rubbish bin.
We're looking forward to our game drive tonight as well as the after-dinner stargazing.
Beautiful! ! Excellent service, beautiful rooms, clean , neat and cosy
Sites could be better maintained, but a lovely place to be
This was probably one if not the most disappointing camping sites and camping experienced I’ve had. On arrival there wasn’t and clear indication of where to go to reception. Staff at reception were very rude and seemed to have no interest whatsoever to assist us in checking in. They took proof of booking at reception, when we got to the gate to enter, security kept on insisting on booking proof even though we had the entry disc. The fact that the stands aren’t reserved or well-marked made finding an available stand exhausting and time consuming to say the least. When we finally got a stand, there was no braai and had to start looking for another. Needless to say when we found a stand, the braai on that one was broken. There was no water tap allocated for the stand and the dustbin was broken. The power outlet points are way too far from stands and too little as the closest one had 5 stands trying to get power from it. To top it all off the ablution blocks were very unsatisfactory, wet and dirty.
Very disappointing.
Nice and quiet location. To get in contact with the nature. Nice thing is that if you stay here you only have to pay once to enter the Pilanesberg nature reserve then you can enter the reserve until you book out.
Great camp site. Some ablutions recently upgraded. Stands are a good size and well laid out.
