I would give them five if they had enough cars even for first time customers who don't know the rules of their process, where you first have to book a car days or a day before showing up for collection, they got to understand some situations are agent and comes unexpected. Beside that, their response to customers, nice, starting with their security guard at the gate to workers at the office I received no attitude. Well I don't know much about the business side, the financial handlings and the charges and all since I never had a chance to make business with them due to lack of booking in time.

Not enough seating area, has lots of staff to work more efficiently and has device quick charging port.

The service was very poor. I have to wait more than 3 hour in time they have given to me before the service.

Friendly service and quick to process a car rental. If you request a particular car in a certain class, they will do their best to get it for you if it is available. The car drop off is quick and if everything is ok, you get your reserved amount back with a few days. Overall I am happy with the service.
