  Visited Bugatti’s Brooklyn 2 April 2018. I wanted to order Eggs Benedict to which the waitress said they don’t make Eggs Benedict for now - when I asked why not she said they are short staffed & no one in the kitchen knows how to make the hollandaise sauce. First clue of what was to come. I then ordered an omelette with cheese & mushrooms, chicken livers for my husband as well as 2 poached eggs. 50 minutes passed without our food being served, this while other patrons who came in after us have already received their food. We asked to see the manager. Eventually we had to ask 3 times to speak to the manager, seemed like she had tried to avoid speaking to us at all. We cancelled the food order & just paid for our drinks. No excuse or reason was given where our food was. They just fed us lie upon lie, from the waitress forgot to put in our order to the food is on its way (had to hear this twice) to they are short-staffed. I will never ever set foot in any Bugatti’s again & won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

  Ordered the French toast with a twist for 60 bucs, was greeted with exactly 3 pieces of dried bread, maple flavoured syrup and 3 pieces of low quality (just fat) burnt bacon. Literally 15 rands of value for 60 rands, what a steal! On top of that almost 30 rands for the oldest tasting filter coffee I've ever had.
  
  This place is an overpriced rip-off, wouldn't recommend.

  Food took ages to get to us, when we asked, it arrived immediately and it was perfectly clear it was standing under the lamp for a long time where the waiter forgot about it. The food was bland and service was very slow. This was on a day where there were less than 10 tables full

  Well done to Bugatti's for being brave and getting a new menu. They have the most amazing Snoek Pizza - who knew?

  The food is nice. Like it is when the chef has made thousands of this. Cutlery cheap and flimsy. Staff polite but very impersonal. A low tip will be their lot. Orange juice from a bottle? 3 stars and I am being generous.
