Great food and atmosphere. Very kid friendly and nice place for functions. Service is very slow though and you often have to find someone to help you once your food is ordered.

I highly recommend Anja's tea garden for private functions. Organizing it should be fun & it certainly was with Anja. She is easy to work with, accommodating, organized, professional & a genuinely nice person! Beautiful venue, great service from friendly staff, amazing food & the best cappuccino in town. Our baby shower was a huge success thanks to Anja & her team. Thank you!

Beautiful venue, great food and great service. Located next to an equestrian centre, so you get to see beautiful horses in the distance. Had lunch outside and made the most of the afternoon sitting on a picnic blanket (provided by the restaurant) enjoying the sun.

Perfect for a tea party, birthday or just breakfast. Drinks are served in lovely decorative cups. Be sure to make a booking for Saturdays because it gets very busy.

Always a lovely outing, great atmosphere with great food and value for money. Entertainment for the young ones and fun shops to find a good gift or two as well. You can have a picnic or a nice family lunch or dinner as well. Year-end function, Christmas parties and baby showers can all be held here.

Lovely small tea venue. Garden tea and play form kids. Nice for small parties. Fleamarket type of shops. Decor cute and farm like style. Limited food options but still worth the visit.

Wow! Anjas is well known in Pretoria after winning Best Tea Garden four years in a row. I ordered the Banting Burger (layers of roast butternut, homemade beef patty with melted mozzarella, sundried tomato, avocado and aubergine). When the plate arrived I was amazed at how well it was presented and the taste was even better. The setting, the decor, the detail on the tables, the rose petals and fresh flowers shows complete dedication and passion which can only be found in owner run establishments. I believe this is one of the must visit tea gardens (and not only for women) if you enjoy a great atmosphere with great food.

Setting is great for families with a safe outdoor environment for kids to play.
The menu is limited but all meals were tasty. The roast lamb was excellent. Some disappointment with scones but overall we really enjoyed our meal.

This is a very nice tea garden, situated in a very peaceful area within a large garden. This tea garden can comfortably accommodate a number of groups. There are a few nice small shops to browse in. I will really recommend this place, not only for groups but also for s nice family outing!

Great venue for kids. The food is really good, but it was a bit busy the day we were there. The staff worked really hard but missed some (small) orders. That said, I still think it is a great place to spend a long Sunday afternoon.

What a lovely little find. Great for kids and parents alike. Sit outside and let the kids wander around on the grass or play in the play area and have a good breakfast with some good coffee
