Prices are amazing, yet staff need an attitude adjustment, they are rude, overly opinionated, and right out refused to help a client due to difference in opinion. Had to witness how the client had to search for her own items in the store as the staff refused to help or even point out where the items were placed.
Personally I wouldn't shop there ever again.
My suggestion either hire staff who are a bit less illiterate, and a bit more helpful before your business get ruined.response / report this review -

Our favorite pet shop, staff is friendly and very helpful with advice and assisting in loading the larger bags into a trolley. The entrance is also nice and wide ideal for wheelchair access
