Absolute haven. It is an antique gem in Irene. If it is beautiful at night, imagine during the day 😍. Staff is exceptional, it was a bit cold so they offered blankets while dining and were always around for refilling drinks 💐

Did not sleep over.. was only here for a workshop. Beautiful decor, stunning gardens. Service was average.. took a bit long for drinks orders to be taken and brought. Breakfast buffet was nice.. nothing out the ordinary.

Pricey but worth it as an occasional treat. Amazing country feel with views of rolling lawns and swans on the lake in the middle of the city! Very attentive staff, homely feel and a pampering experience

Great venue for corporate meetings, baby showers or intimate weddings.
Three new added facilities. Great décor. Special high tea area included. Kids not allowed in new open seating / lounge area over looking the river because alcohol is also served in this area. Menu in the new area not great at all. No provision for vegetarians. Not a great variety of snacks / starters. Offering nuts & olives as snacks is not very South African. No child friendly options offered.

Amazing stay at the African Pride Country Lodge! The room was clean, spacious and delightfully arranged. The hotel manager Luke was exceptionally kind, as well as the entire hotel staff. The food in the restaurant was terrific and very reasonably priced. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Surprisingly tranquil area in the middle of a posh suburb. Opposite a farm store, so it's wonderful for a family. They've got a beautiful pond with a picturesque vista.

Spent an amazing couples love night at this world class accommodation. Really special service and friendly atmosphere people. The full body massage was real treat (I think). The dinner and the next morning breakfast was truly memorable. Would go back there in a heartbeat.

Luxurious accommodation and top notch service. There is a picturesque mini lake with very beautiful views in the mornings. This is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in.

This is a beautiful property right in the middle of Centurion. During your stay you would never say you are in Johannesburg let alone Centurion. It is so tranquil and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and look straight out onto the massive lake in the middle of the property. The staff are friendly and outgoing and the food is sumptuous. To my delight the buffet included all you can eat prawns and so I was pretty much in heaven, however there was plenty of other food to choose from. The hotel is directly across the road from a farmers market with free roaming cattle and quaint spots to enjoy baked goods and some tea. You can even buy your very own bottle of fresh milk straight from the source. Irene Country Lodge is a fantastic spot I quite enjoyed my stay here

They have a lovely outdoor seating area with a view of the pond with plenty of birds. The hamburgers are excellent. It is a great place for lunch and relax outside. The buffet we never tried as that is served in a different area. Good access controls and a very safe and professionally run property. It is near Irene Farm.
