A single star review is hardly an accurate rating for this nightmare i'm going through. The Worst Service, never ever have I been shouted at over the phone for a service I have paid for (simple query on outstanding documents). They are rude and have no regard for their responsibilities as a dealer. The service is so bad that my opinion of FORD has changed. I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN nor support them. I have swam through their lies, mistakes and inability to meet their own dates and deadlines for more than a month and still waiting for the conclusion of service.

My personal experience, not very professional, mail replies to me was one liners, felt like they don't need your business, dealt with Carl van Heerden, I got better service at another Ford dealership.

Each time I take the car in to have noises looked at, I'm given the poor excuse that I'm driving a "performance" vehicle with a hard suspension. That is no excuse for the inside creaking and rattling and the exhaust still rattling!
