The drop-off was quick and easy. The consultant was professional. He assisted us in finding a trolley for our luggage, which was kind of him. Their prices fared well compared to the competitors though comparison needs to be done with Uber and similar.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a car rental. I was first given the most unsafe car on the road, a Datsun Go that appeared to have been used for bumper cars. When I returned the car I filled it up at the airport Petrol station only to be charged again for fuel and another additional amount, which when I called to dispute they I was told they hadn't debited a new amount. I subsequently sent copies of my bank statement and I have sent numerous emails showing the additional charge off my account and not one single acknowledgement from Thrifty. I will be sure to never use them again. More effort than it is worth.

In two families, arriving on different days, both renting 4x4 bukkies, were handed unsafe dangerous vehicles. My sister was given an ancient car which didn't have a working safety belt. Our Toyota had 4 different tyres which where bare. We could also see the vehicle had definitely rolled or had some seriously damage to the car and particularly the real end axle. There is no way we could put our kids in such a car. I have lost all respect for your company and will never use you AGAIN!

We are STILL sitting and waiting for a replacement vehicle. disgusting

We rent a car for 6 days for good price. The money for deposit were back on my account in apx. 5 working days. The rent and give back was quick. The stuff arranged for us also a rental in different city to be rent in 3 hours when all the internet offers were sold.
