  One of the best looking Mercedes Benz dealerships that I have been to. It is big and most vehicles are displayed in a visible manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Mercedes Bens does not do a C180D or C200D. Otherwise, I did find a deal that was nearly perfect for me. If you are into Mercedes Benz and have the cash then this is the spot for you.

  Super impressive cars on display, and the salesmen are friendly and engaging. Unlike the rest of that Mercedes dealership, the AMG performance staff actually make an effort with their clients.

  I Am changing my Review from a 5 down to a 1, as I have purchased an "OVERPRICED" Vehicle from this branch 8-months ago & are now having problems getting it sold as it seemed to have been sold at a Value that was hugely Inflated. I have been a Very Happy Mercedes Benz Customer for Years now but I must admit that I can no longer allow these Guys to make Unfair Profit from selling Overpriced Vehicles. I am not a Very Happy Customer today. I think my GLC-Coupe May have been my Last Mercedes I have Purchased. Whether I will take the matter further remains to be seen.

  I've been using this dealership for almost 3 years and I can say that there has been some ups and downs but mostly just fantastic ups, they are like family now and the staff are generous, kind and passionate. It's small things like asking if I want my favorite cookie with some coffee while waiting for my vehicle or just making small talk about the latest news. I never feel like they want to smear a product off on me and I've never had a problem too big for the guys to solve and I will drive past 4 Mercedes dealerships to take my vehicle there. Merc Bedfordview, guys rock!
