Worst service I had. Don't call you back to update u. You have to keep calling. Had my car for a week and could not find the issue. Charged me for fixing things that where not the issue. Will not recommend using this dealer to service your car as they do not seem competent in doing thier work. Have alot to learn about customer service. Service was disgusting

Well done KIA Germiston!
I am new to the Boksburg area and needed to book my car for its 140k service. I used to service my vehicle in Centurion when living in PTA.
Having had no reference to KIA Germiston I took a chance based purely on Google reviews of this branch.
Bongani, your service is both professional and of high standard, well done!
From booking my vehicle to dropping it off and collecting it again has been one pleasurable experience.
It's the small things that count and makes a huge difference and you manage to hit this on the nail.
The fresh smell of pine and lemon that I experienced when I got in my car and turned on my air-con was just the cherry on the top! Your efforts to evenrefresh my vent system just made my service experience with KIA Germiston a 10/10 experience.
Well done! Keep up the excellent service!
