So being a new customer of ADT,my experience so far was that all was good in the beginning as alarm was fitted promptly,the follow up service however is not up to scratch,ADT have made appointments with me in order to link cameras to my phones,however have failed to keep their appointments and finish off their work.After the first break in I had with the alarm fitted their armed response was pathetic,and after I queried it I still have had no feedback as to why.I seriously am considering further action.
