They just can't get an order right. I wonder if they try not to? Portions very small. Great place to be cold, hungry, and pay a lot for very little. This place has potential, but obviously not the right staff or management.

Usually my go to spot for lunch. Pretty good. But just tried to go in for a quick take out order, it was 1:35pm on a Friday, they close at 2. Employees were standing around talking to one another, I enter, and the cashier tells me their closed. Sign on the door clearly says they close at 2pm, when I inquire about the sign, she say's "but it's Friday" and then quips "we don't have any food left" obvious bs. So ultimately I went elsewhere. But the pt. I'm trying to make is, if I were the owner of the restaurant and my employees were shuffling customers/potential customers out 30 min before closing, I'd be pissed. Heads would roll.

First time here today. Ordered a sandwich with chips but, unbeknownst to me, I was charged for an entire meal including a drink. I never received said drink. My sandwich, the "Chicken BBQ" was made incorrectly and made it taste real bad. Cookie was super stale too. Just not impressed.

Great menu. Food is fresh. Quite a line at lunch, but they move through it surprisingly fast. Shockingly they have adequate seating for a downtown lunch spot.

Got a lunch sandwich, Turkey club, it was okay, nothing remarkable and it was very expensive ($9 for sandwich and side). The cranberry slaw was tasty. Breakfast this morning was pretty good. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Lots of bacon and everything was cooked to order. Going to try the soups next.
