  I have had seven facials at Springwater Spa. Each was a little different from the other, because Ursala checks each time to discern just what your skin needs that particular day. From the moment you enter the front door, the entire spa is restful. The treatment room is sensational, right down to the heated bed with luxurious sheets. Ursala not only gives a great facial, but her neck and shoulder massage is incredible. Highly recommend Springwater Spa.

  Springwater Spa is amazing! Ursula is very warm, genuine, easy going, and positive. It really feels like a small sanctuary and place of relaxation. It revitalizes you to go back to life after you leave. I am sending my mother and sisters there this week to get facials and relax because it was so amazing!

  I recently went to Spring Water Spa to get the Signature Treatment. The experience was so peaceful. The space was clean and orderly. Ursula's hospitality was top-notch. I felt like I was in mini oasis. It was relaxing and very comfortable. She also offered delicious snacks and sparkling water. I highly recommend this place!

  I have had facials my entire adult life and this was the absolute BEST I've ever had. Ursula's hands are magic. I was seriously wishing the facial wouldn't end because I was so incredibly relaxed. Her spa is so comfortable and warm. She thoroughly reviews your skin history and personalizes your facial based on your discussion. She's not pushy at all which is so refreshing! She has great membership deals which is just another huge plus. Love this spa!!

  I was a client of Petra's skin spa for many years and was saddened to learn of her retirement. I have been to Springwater Spa five times since it opened in the same space as Petra's and have been extremely impressed each visit. The owner, Ursula has created a true European Spa experience. As a master aesthetician she is very professional and meticulous in her work. Ursula makes one feel comfortable at the first meeting and a dear friend by the second. The environment she has created is very clean, relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend Springwater Spa!

  Ursula has the perfect manners, knowledge, and great customers service. I really liked the fact that you can request appointments via text. She was very attentive to your concerns of your skin, your preferences on treatments and even down to still/sparkling water, sweet or salty snacks, and I felt I was in good hands the whole time. She doesn't pressure you into buying the products like other spas. I have already recommended Ursula to my friends and family and I can't wait for my next appointment!

  Ursula is so personable and hospitable, she made me feel at ease right away. An experienced aesthetician, she is a wealth of knowledge and offers lots of helpful skincare tips that you can practice at home. Unlike other spas, springwater spa provides a custom experience tailored to your needs and specific skin type. I have sensitive skin, so Ursula went light on the extractions and took extra care in prepping my pores for the process. She even incorporated massage techniques to help relieve congestion from a recent sinus infection. The spa's ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The whole experience was soothing and my skin was glowing afterwards! I highly recommend springwater spa to anyone who wants healthier, clearer skin and wants to learn about overall skincare. Skip the harsh acid washes, prescription creams and oral antibiotics and come here instead!

  This is by far my favorite spa here after having visited spas all over the world. I have never had a bad experience at Springwater Spa.
